DESCRIPTION:We are in the process of rechartering for 2022.  Please:\n\n

 by 11/20 (other than new applicants\, who need to turn a paper application
  as well).\n 	Submit payment by check or via PayPal (IMPORTANT: select "s
 ending to a friend" to avoid fees to the troop - otherwise\, we will need
