DESCRIPTION:Hi Fellow Scouts\,\n\nI will be holding a BBQ Dinner Fundraiser
  to help fund my Eagle Project on Sunday\, Dec 1\, 2019 from 5:30-8:00pm. 
  In order to run this event successfully\, I will need some of you to hel
 p with setting up tables/chairs\, prepping\, bbqing\, seating guests\, cle
 anup and various other tasks before\, during and after the event.  The en
 tire event will be from 4:30-9:30pm (which includes setup\, the actual din
