DESCRIPTION:September 23 is California Coastal Clean-up Day.  This is a ch
 ance for everyone in the state to help clean up trash from our environmen
 t before the rains come and wash it out to the coast and ocean!  This yea
 r we will be partnering with Coyote Creek Cleanups and volunteering at Se
 lma Olinder Dog Park\, 9-12pm\, 1202 Woodborough Drive San Jose\, CA 95116
 . Wear your troop shirt!\n\nBy signing up on the website\, you agree to (1
 ) the minor and photo release\, (2) the Keep Coyote Creek Beautiful waiver
  and (3) Additional Terms to Participate.  Waiver to be provided by email
 .\n\nMinor and photo release: If you bring or if you are a minor\, you gi
 ve/have permission by the legal guardian to attend this event and authoriz
 e KCCB to use any photos of the minor.\n\nThe Keep Coyote Creek Beautiful 
 waiver: By registering for this event\, you acknowledge that: You are awa
 re that your involvement in this Keep Coyote Creek Beautiful (KCCB) activi
 ty presents certain risks to you\, including but not limited to\, bodily i
 njury\, death\, illness\, loss or damage to your personal property and oth
 er safety-related dangers. You are voluntarily participating in this organ
 ized event and have carefully read all directions provided by KCCB. In the
  case of injury\, accident\, illness\, or inability to complete these acti
 vities\, you understand that you will bear the full cost of any additional
  transportation or evacuation procedures performed by KCCB.\nYou are also 
 aware that photographs may be taken at this event\, you authorize KCCB and
  its partners to use any photos of you or your likeness in KCCB and its pa
 rtners publications or online\, and release KCCB and its partners from any
  obligation not to use your likeness or image. If you brought a minor with
  you to the event\, you will let the photographer know if you prefer that 
 the minor’s photo not be taken or used by KCCB and its partners – if y
 ou do not provide this notification\, by agreeing to this you also authori
 ze KCCB and its partners to use the minor’s image or likeness in KCCB an
 d its partners publications or online.\n\nIf you are a minor under the age
  of 18\, you are confirming that you have your parents or guardians permis
 sion to be at this event and both of you understand the above criteria and
  agree to all.\n\nYour health and the health of those around you is of utm
 ost importance. You acknowledge that you will stay at home if you are sick
  or are experiencing any of the following symptoms: fever/chills\, sore th
 roat\, runny nose\, cough\, muscle or body aches\, headaches\, or fatigue.

 ty of San Jose Waiver via email prior to the event or bring it to the even
