Troop 325 will staff the Stanford concessions booth during all home football games. This is a fund-raising opportunity for our troop.

Check-in:
Report to Stadium Gate 1B no later than 10am
Proceed to Concession Stand no. 103.

Carpool & Parking:
Carpool: Please indicate if you are able to drive other scouts/parent volunteers to the event.
Print and bring parking pass provided prior to the event
Parking is at Lot #9 on Lasuen Grove — a 3-5 minute walk to Gate 1B

What to Bring:

Identification card NOT REQUIRED

Vaccination card OR 72 hour negative COVID test result NOT REQUIRED

Mask is required when working inside (not required when outdoors)

Clear bags only (**No Backpacks**): for medications, personal snacks, etc. You may want to bring your own snack bars if you don’t want to eat stadium food and can’t go without eating for 6 hours.

Uniform Policy:

Comfortable work shoes with non-skid soles (like tennis shoes) NO OPEN TOE SHOES or FLIP FLOPS.

A clean white shirt or blouse.

Clean Dark black, Khaki or Blue denim pants or shorts. NO SWEATS

New requirement:

Ø All staff/volunteers working in the kitchen (back of the house) must wear a hair net. Hair nets are located on top of sink.

Ø All staff/volunteers working in the front. Hair must be neatly combed, pulled back and away from face.
